St. Paul is a Bible Based Church!
St. Paul is an Evangelical Lutheran Church conveniently located in the heart of the beautiful, stately Seminole Heights section of Tampa directly across the street from Hillsborough High School. Please click on the “get a map” section for easy driving directions.
As you can see, our traditional gothic-style sanctuary with antique stained-glass windows and oak pews is a perfect place for your worship and meditation. The church and Sunday School offers a safe-haven for you and your children which includes a new playground. We are a small, friendly congregation with a warm welcome waiting for you.
The Educational Building is available for meetings in the community. We take an active part in community events and charities such as the Metropolitan Ministries.
The sanctuary is perfect for non-member weddings. Just imagine yourself, walking down the aisle with your husband, with the trumpets blaring from our new organ, announcing that YOU are the newly married couple! Your dream CAN be fulfilled. See our Wedding page or contact us for other events.

"I had not been to Church in a very long time so I decided to go on the anniversary of my best friend and husband's death. St. Paul reminded me of the church I was confirmed in. The service was beautiful and when I went to communion I started to cry. I was so embarrassed. There was an angel kneeling next to me. She put her hand on mine and I felt her strength. After the service at the fellowship time, everyone was so friendly. I was asked to come to a women's group the next
Thursday night. Needless to say I kept coming HOME to St. Paul every Sunday.
